fraternities

Do all sororities believe that the top three house are always going to be SAE, Sig Ep, and Phi Kapp? Is there any other houses that could possibly replace one of those top houses?

Sig Ep is the only current top house that deserves to stay there.
My rank:
1. Sig Ep
2. Theta Chi
3. AEPi

That's totally just my opinion though, that's not a common view.

1. Phi Kapp - only because they threw kick ass parties this years
2. SAE - maybe if you had better parties and werent so creepy
3. Sip Ep - They will come back, they deserve their spot.

If any house has potential to take a top spot, it might be Theta Chi, but as for now.. thats the rankings.

Completely agree,
SAE has lost number 1 spot
SigEp still deserves their spot, waiting on them to show in Spring
Theta Chi is the only other fraternity i see being able to take a top spot
