Sororities moving up

I’m interested in doing COB and I wanna know if any houses that are doing it might be moving up? Or are dz theta and AGD stuck as “bottom”

yeah the bottom houses are stuck as bottom and none are riding up as of now. eventually they might, but definitely not within the next 4 years.
