Phi Delt: Staying put for now but Sigma Nu still owns their house and is due to come back Fall 2022 and probably move back into the house in Fall 2023
DU: Staying put
Pike: Staying put
Delta Sig: Staying put
ZBT: Have a satellite house on East Falls View Drive. No word yet on where or if they are getting a real chapter house
Delta Chi: Will have to wait until they charter to get a chapter house. Could get the old KA house or maybe the old Sammy house
TKE: Owns AEPi's house but will have to wait until they charter to move back in

Zillow shows the former DU house sold for $4,125,000 on 11/3/2019 (to DG).
Realtytrac confirms the mansion sold for $6,451,000 on 11/24/2020 (supposedly to K-Sig). Both of these houses probably have huge mortgages.
So now K-Sig, SAE, Phi Psi, Sig Chi & Delta Sig own their current houses (meaning their alumni do).
AEPi (from TKE), Phi Delt (from Sig Nu) & KA (from K-Sig) are renting from other fraternities.
Pike & DU are renting from Aztec shops, which now owns 4 of the houses on frat row. Lambda Chi, which hasn't been active since 2008, sold their house that the student vets org has been renting for years to Aztec Shops in 2019. Also ZBT does't own the Pike house anymore for whoever said that, they did own that house after frat row was built but it foreclosed years ago (why they left the row) and was bought by Aztec Shops, which also owns the old Fiji
