SAE: Top house and will remain top house until they get kicked off (which may actually be soon since they are in hot water with the university right now). Party with all top houses
Phi Psi: The stoner/skater frat. Undisputed second from top house. Party with all top houses.
Kappa Sigma: Disaffiliated from the university. Means they aren't subject to the rules that other fraternities are subject to but also means they can't participate in any university sanctioned events and if they screw up again they will likely be gone for good. Good mix of top and middle girls at their parties.
AEPi: Have hovered in this region for years, never really moving up or down. Decent guys. Party with mostly middle, some top houses.
KA: Have a reputation for being "self-rankers." But they actually do have some decent guys. Party with mostly middle, some top houses.
Sigma Chi: Kind of new. Have gotten good PC's the last two years and finally got their house back from DG this fall. But do seem to be relying a little too much on their reputation from before they got kicked off in 2013. Party with mostly middle, some top houses.
Phi Delt: Trending in the right direction, moving into the stacks definitely helped. Still got some goobers to go along with some decent guys. Party with middle houses.
Delta Sig: Party with middle houses.
DU: Were forced to sell their houses only a few years after they built it. Been around for a while but have struggled to move out of the bottom. Party with mostly bottom houses, some middle.
Pike: Basically known for two things; creeping out girls and self-ranking on Greekrank. Party with bottom house girls and GDI's.
ZBT: New, don't have a house yet. Satellite house is on East Falls Drive. Party with bottom house girls and GDI's.
Delta Chi: New, not chartered, no house yet.
TKE: New, don't have any pledges yet.
