usually COB happens when a srat didnt recruit enough new members during the fall or when actives drop during the semester. a bunch of aphis dropped last year so they did COB, but COB for top houses are usually friends of the actives, not randoms. legit COB is done by lower houses like agd.

gphi hasn’t done cob for years and they have the second largest pledge class rn so they’re not gonna be doing cob

I think gphi dg and kd as well as theta agd and Dz will be doing COB too only because less girls rushed so they did not meet their cap so def try and to COB!
