K Sig old stack + DX

So i’m honestly just curious as to who is going to grab their old stack..?
Could TKE or DX?
I know that TKE owns AEPI’s current house but is that affecting them this year?

KA is living in Kappa Sig's old stack this year.
TKE does own AEPi's house but can't move back in until after they recharter.
