TKE hasn’t even started yet, colonizations/recolonizations always start after a semester’s rush has finished.
And K-Sig is unrecognized now so they can’t recruit on campus or use any campus facilities. That’s why they had to leave frat row complex despite owning their chapter house because the stacks are university property
