I need honest thoughts on theta. are they bottom tier middle tier??? what is it i’m so confused with peoples answers don’t hold back

Might have trouble getting into SAE, Phi Psi, Kappa Sigma or KA unless they have friends in the frat but as for your first question of "Can they go to parties ?" The short answer is "yes."

Theta kinda had a lot of beat members in their founding class. They've all graduated now, so I'm thinking they're on the rise depending on how well they do this rush.

Was actually kinda the other way around for Theta. Started out strong because that had a relatively strong alpha class and came on at a time when DG and KD were both in the middle of scandals but haven't really built on that start.
