Sigma chi already took over the huge DG house

I meant to say Delta Chi, not Sigma Chi. By the way "the huge DG house" was always Sigma Chi's house. DG was renting it.

Last I heard, DU was moving into Phi Kap's old house. If KA moves into Kappa Sig's old house then it's possible ZBT moves back into KA's house (which they lived in before KA). As for D Chi and TKE, I'm not sure even they know the answer to that yet.
