why were they kicked out and what are the thoughts now coming back? Do they have a house? where?

From what I've heard. Delta Sig is starting off fresh. New advisors, new guys and new everything. They already have a house in fraternity row which is owned by their Alumni. So far they seem pretty nice and I feel like they can become something strong by next year.
