Phi psi- surfer skater stoner frat
Kappa sigma- disaffiliated but still doing rush
Phi delt- cool stack parties but that’s about it
Aepi- very underrated, got some sick dudes. Sometimes people have a bad stigma but that’s just stupid
Sig Chi- not super well known but their new Chapter House should help, cool dudes
DU-guys are in way over their heads. Getting old phi kap stacks tho
Dsig- just kinda there
KA- the worst self rankers ever here’s a list that they didn’t create
Zbt- nuff said

They couldn’t keep up with the expensive mortgage on the huge new house. Sophomore success was implemented right when they moved in & it made it impossible to keep full. They sold it to DG which was actually fortunate because it was about to go into foreclosure
