Well Sigma Nu and Sigma Chi clearly aren't going to be top house any time soon. Phi Kap and Phi Psi have really started to get up there this year.

AEPi > Phi Psi

AEPi has better relations with the top tier sororities than Phi Psi. I would even say that Theta Chi is above Phi Psi for the same reason.
Phi Psi parties never last past 12 and they are awk as hell...

simply the truth. you may have had a increase in number but your guys are the same....lame - every state girl
