Empty courtyards

Just out of curiosity, what happens when a fraternity get kicked out of the stacks?
For example, phi Kap in 2017.
What happens to the courtyard and the stacks behind it? Who lives in them and the frat house? Seems like such a waste of real estate.

The courtyard & chapter house are closed off & the stacks are used as overflow from other fraternities at the row. Like before pike moved into the row that house was a mix of phi psis, phi kaps & vacant units

Its also rented out to foreign exchange students and students that actually need housing
