what frat is coming back next fall

Don't listen to the other two guys. Delta Chi is going to start out getting all the goobers who didn't want to pledge or are too weird to get bids to existing houses but that is to be expected with new houses. The key is how good of pledge classes they do or don't get in the coming years and what house they end up getting.
As for TKE, they are not coming back any time soon and even if they were, it would take them 3 years and an existing top house getting kicked off for them to get to where Sig Ep is now, best case scenario.
Idk if Sig Ep got the boot.

Hmm, I think Sig Ep did get the boot. At least for a couple years. Dude Delta Chi will not be a top house at state, they will be another DU at best. They literally got all goobers this year. SAE never gets goobers, even if they just started out.
Regarding TKE, I’m not sure when they’re returning. Best case would be this fall. Worst case would be next year.
