What chapter house changes will we see for Fall? Only thing I know for sure is Sigma Chi taking their house back from DG but it sounds like there might be a lot of movement.
So where will DG be?
Is ZBT getting a house?
What’s happening with the Theta Chi house?
Is DU losing their house & if they are where are they going?

I think DU is temporarily leasing out their house because it was so expensive to build & they need money. Kinda like what Theta Chi alums were already planning to do before the chapter got in trouble. Not sure where DU will be next year tho

ZBT did used to own that house but they had financial problems & it foreclosed which is why their old chapter left the row in the first place. The university owns it now. The old phi kap & sammy houses are also owned by the university

No they're not. DU owns that house. Why would anyone but them be living there unless they got kicked off?
