Yes they get kicked off. I'm guessing they'll rent the house out to someone else (maybe ZBT or DG?) until the day the university lets them come back.

They own the house, and they have a huge alumni so I’m assuming they’ll rent it out until they return

Calm down. I only named the two active organizations that don't already have a house (DG is losing the Sig Chi house next year)

These guys got kicked off at Fresno, San Diego, SB and Santa Cruz.. the one’s I met were total meat heads from the 90s
