Why didn't they just do a membership review to kick out the guys who were causing all of SigEp's problems?

Every fraternity should do this if they are about to loose their charter. Chapters should only lose their charter in extreme circumstances imo

As a former brother of this sad excuse of a fraternity. I must say I’ve met some interesting characters in this chapter. Sigma Phi Everyone is an understatement. We accepted a brother even though he looked and acted like the next Ted Bundy. Let’s not forget the 40-year-old virgin still living with his mother as a commuter. All just so we could remain a chapter on campus and meet the national requirements. glad this chapter is leaving campus

All of the former brothers formally initiated need to graduate - as well as the underground fake members - before they are eligible to recolonize. When they do it will be a dry club not a frat
