Well, everyone is thinking it. Who will get that behemoth of a house on Lindo Paseo? ΘΧ will be gone, so what will become of their mansion? Anyone hear rumors, have speculation?

Sammys was suppose to have that house back in 2012 but they never got to recharter. I’m guessing TKE or some new frat that’s suppose to come next sem. It can’t be sigma chi because they’re already taking DG. Maybe ZBT actually.

Sigma Chi is about to tear down their house and build something Bigger than Theta Chi. So it won't even be the biggest on campus.
