cob - how does it work?

A few of my friends are going to join Theta and I heard about COB... is Theta doing open bidding? I don’t want to get left out; seems like they are having so much fun and really like the people in it. I don’t really know how that works but I would like to try to join Theta. Can someone tell me how that works? I didn’t rush tho.

Why aren’t they doing COB (Theta)? I’m so bummed.

sororities only do cob if they need more girls, theta has enough girls
