Guys, I really want to transfer out of SDSU, it's been really hard for me for the last year and I do not want my college experience to end up like this. The school in general is pretty easy to get A/B+ since most people don't really care about school and the social scene is depressing compared to other bigger colleges like USC/UCSB and the greek system is nowhere compared to UCLA. I know I can't get into Stanford or Berkeley and what not, but I am hoping to experience the most out of college. SDSU has some amazing people but at the same time, there are people who are ignorant and prejudices with the lack of intelligence. I feel like a lot of people don't have a thing for SDSU because the school is very under-funded/low-ranked, but I do have some amazing classes here. Is it just me or does any one feel the same way? School like UCSD is social death and I don't want to transfer there just because it is in San Diego. Is starting over at community college an option or any suggestions at all? Thank you.
