Are ZBT or Sig Chi getting chapter houses in fall? Also is Phi Delt moving?

DG's lease on the Sig Chi house ends Spring 2020. After that, they are tearing it down and building a new one in the same place. As far as where ZBT will go next year and where DG will go the year after that, I don't think even they know that yet.
