Why is there fraternity row but no sorority row here?

there was supposed to be both. The university was going to build a sorority row right after it finished frat row and it was going to be for 5 of the sororitys, right where montage on college just got built last year. But the project got delayed and a couple sororities backed out and the university could no longer afford to build it because of the recession (this was like 2006/2007). Kinda sucks it didn't happen
