I've been hearing differing opinions of Phi Psi's tier (some people saying middle and others saying better than SAE). Are these factuals or just self ranks/people who don't know what they're talking about?

everyone who doesn't say phi psi is at the top is scared and threatened by them.

their known to be bottom of top tier for a little bit now. prolly wont pass sigep or sae soon tho
