is sigep top tier ?

I’m transferring from the University of South Florida where SigEp is a top frat. How is SigEp here ?? I’m trying to get an idea of what to expect

One thing to keep in mind is that most students that live in our chapter house are under age (over 90%). Unfortunately, alcohol has become a central focus of fraternity life on campus here and nationwide and SigEp wants to demonstrate clearly that our priorities lie with preparing young college men to become confident, values based leaders. SigEp offers the leadership we need now.
