real rankings and why

Honestly you can tell who spends most of their time on this website. I honestly don't care about rankings and I am in a "Top House" I have friends in a lot of frats and for the most part everyone seems chill. In my opinion these are how the ranks should go:
"Top House"
SAE/Sig Ep (Close Tie)
Phi Psi-Really cool Parties and great setup
Theta Chi- House gives them advantage but sick parties and people
"Mid House"
K Sig-Fun parties but rude guys
Pike-Been on campus for 4 years and really cute boys and fun parties
AEPi-Really making a name
Phi Delt-Nice boys but needs better parties
"Bottom"
Delta Sig-New House on Campus but bringing in numbers and great potential
FIJI-Lost Mid because of Suspension
DU-Lame and boring
KA-Suspended and Lame
ZBT-Nobody knows them but new
Sigma Chi-New but nonexistent

Haha I'll say it again. Not a KA. Not even in greek bud. But everyone I've talked to sees it this way. There's even a similar ranking a little further down this page with 47 upvotes and only 2 downvotes so it MUST be somewhat accurate.
