re-rushing as a sophomore?

For sororities, do you think girls have a better chance of getting into a top house if they rush sophomore year (after dropping freshman year)? Are there quotas or anything?

Yes there are still quotas. It sometimes gives you a better shot when rushing as a sophomore but before then you should get friends in the sororities you would want to join especially if they are tops
