so far only DZ and AGD are doing it as far as I know. You just kinda contact them and they might invite you to an event and get to know you then give you a bid.
The other chapters are kinda more complicated and you'd need to establish some connections and try to get an "invite only". I tried COBing once and what I did was contacted the president of the chapter I was interested in and went from there.. I ended up not joining but informal recruitment is basically super informal. Just try to find your connections (make friends in the chapters you want!) and try to get in contact with chapter presidents and head of membership.

Message the chapter instagram and ask how they do COB because each chapter is a lil different! Some chapters are maxed out on space and rarley if even do COB. I'd just insta DM them :)
