New members are trying to find their place at SDSU and in their new sorority. Comments like this can cause self-doubt and hesitation for members who are just trying to be happy.

I think girls should know what they're getting themselves into. If girls knew more about the chapters then people would make better informed bids and wouldn't drop out immediately after their first week. Sorry but before a girl pays $2000 a year I think she'd like to know if the chapter is worth thousands... we all very well know some chapters, while have sweet girls and all, are NOT Worth that much money. It's a huge financial commitment we often forget that. Idk maybe some you guys just got rich daddies, but some of us have to really think this through. Just being realistic here.

Do you really think that you can rate a sorority if the "chapter is worth thousands" and if "they are worth the money"? This perspective on judging human decency is pathetic.

This is the EXACT reason this SDSU hierarchy exists...believing that some sororities are not worth the money. If a new member is happy, then her sorority is priceless (daddy's money or not).

Greek life is a financial commitment, that is obvious. Assuming that "lower tier" sororities have a different price-point....well...that is unrealistic and sad.

disagree. pi phi is #2 and axo #3. axo has been better in the past. still a great group of girls, but not #1
