rankings?

What are the rankings based off of? The chapter house? Sorority relations? Are they just general opinions or is there some data/stats to enforce them?

Like why is delta sig rated so low? I see everyone puts them bottom tier. I haven't heard anything bad about them or anything negative. I've met some of the guys who are in the frat, and they seem pretty chill and friendly. Same goes for ZBT. Can some one explain why?

Delta Sig and ZBT have been back on campus for less than a year and haven’t even had their first fall pledge classes yet. Wouldn’t be fair to “rank” them above established houses quite yet. I do think they’ll both rise quickly though. Sigma Nu same thing
