MIDDLE TIER

Kappa Sig/Pike: people give pike hate but some top sorority girls and all of mid sorority girls would go to them over any frat minus the ones above. Only ones bashing them are other mid tier houses

DU: New mansion, gonna be the new theta chi in 4 years bc of the house

AEPi

FIJI: Somehow hangout with some top tier girls, been losing out bc of probation

LOW TIER

KA/Phi Delt

Sig Nu/ZBT/Sig Chi/Delta Sig: New frats/coming back
