In conjunction of enrollment to Sigma Phi Epsilon, one indoctrinates the Balanced Man Program (BMP). The individual becomes a brother per se. Through SigEp, men in acquirement of their character, intrapersonal skills and effect of communication. The BMP so-called, Isolates pledging from the chapter experience, and puts emphasis on the contiguous development through commradeship, the balanced life, unplanned and unstructured hours. Accounting being a central tenent of self-paced chapters.
