Ok that thread about how cliquey everyone is got me nervous. If you're a pretty girl but don't join a sorority can you really not get into parties? That's dumb.

No its just the same whiney couple of people talking to themselves. This is the problem with anonymous websites. Talk to actual people who go here if you want a real idea of what its like here

Girl don't worry! It's definitely not true. lol I think I'm mediocre looking but I was able to get into literally any party I wanted to. I have seen other girls get asked for a group me, so I don't recommend always just going to just any party unless u actually were invited or know someone who is. But it's not hard to get invites. Honestly frat parties aren't always great but there's always a ton of house parties and u can get invited to other things if u join clubs too. Yes being in a sorority will def help u go to exclusive things but those aren't always fun. You won't really experience getting left out as a girl, especially if u live in the dorms as a freshman or have a group of friends.
