junior transfer

So I’m thinking of transferring from a community College 2019 Fall. I was wondering if it’s weird to rush as a junior. I heard not many juniors are active in the frat scene.

state's social life is on a decline. if you want to transfer and a main reason to is to rush, I would choose a different school.

This isn't true, what is true is that the social scene when you're 21+ is pretty much all in pb. Until you're 21 though, you'll be lit at state and that isn't changing. People are just crying right now because IFC frats are on a self-imposed party probation
