My understanding is ZBT isn’t really a colony at all. That they never actually lost their charter in the first place, that nationals stepped in, deactivated the chapter for a year and made the few remaining actives alumni so they could hit reset. That’s why they participated in regular rush this past fall despite going in to it with zero members. Checked their nationals website and their charter is listed as active
