SAE: Current top, haven't really made any new moves or declined at all.
SigEp: Current second/tied with first depending on who you talk to. Isn't what it used to be but still a powerhouse
Phi Psi: Made some moves, but still not an SAE or SigEp
Theta Chi: Guys hate them, girls either love them or hate them. Hangs out with top house girls mainly though. Same level as Phi Psi, maybe a bit lower.

Sigma Phi Epsilon is committed to being a different kind of fraternity – one that recognizes the importance of the out-of-classroom experience and is committed to making that experience the safest and most empowering part of a college male’s life. Illegal consumption of alcohol is incompatible with the development of a Balanced Man and the Fraternity has zero tolerance for any activities that might be construed by others to be hazing.
