bottom houses

by: Curious aztec

What makes agd and dz a bottom house here at sdsu? Because I've noticed the top houses are mainly just blonde and white so what is it?...

I love how no one can answer because they're all just sheep and can't give actual explanations

so obviously the ranks here are most influenced by social status and the general attractive-ness of the sorority. the chill, hot girls are preferred at parties thrown by higher ranked frats, which are filled with attractive guys. and more girls (esp freshman) want to join the sorority that’ll associate them with popular, attractive people. that’s what makes a house “top house”. this isn’t to say that the non-top houses don’t have cool, beautiful girls because they definitely do. this also isn’t to say that other factors don’t come into play when determining house rankings because they definitely do as well. this is just what is the most obvious reason. the top houses are generally more sought after. it’s super pretentious but it’s how it is

It is all about the general consensus. If you were to ask every frat guy on campus who they would pref with if it were 100% up to them, the overwhelming majority would say "Alpha Phi." If you were to ask the same question but say they couldn't pick Alpha Phi, then the leader would be "AXO." Then if you were to ask the same question but say they couldn't pick Alpha Phi or AXO then it would be "Pi Phi." Delta Zeta and AGD would be the only ones left if you kept this exercise going.
