rushing as a sophomore

I didn't get the bid from my top house and am not going to accept the bid from the other house, will it be easier to rush as a sophomore?

I know that today must have been disappointing but yes rushing next year will make it easier to get the house you want. Same thing happened to my friends and when they rushed sophomore year they all got the houses they wanted.
