only preffed my top

So basically my favorite house is the only house i got invited back to for pref. The girl i talked to the whole time didnt know that it was my only house, but she was very obviously hinting to me to pick that house. Its a middle tier btw not that it matters. Even if the girl i paired up with was making it very obvious and might as well have said "please pick this house", is there still a chance I would not get a bid? I know its too late now to do anything, but in your experience could I still not get invited back? :(
