If i dropped before pref what are the odds i still get a bid? And how do they tell you? Does your rho gam call you the night before or what?

If you drop then you're out of the process completely, and I don't think they'd even be able to extend you a bid even if they wanted to. If they have space after bid day tho you could be reached out to for COB
