After pref night how do the sororities decide if they want to give you a bid? Like is it only based on how your conversation with the one girl that night went or do they have a few people who talked to you throughout rush help decide too?

It's a combination of everyone you talked to during recruitment but I believe the girl that prefers you has the biggest say! Usually the girl who prefed you has talked to you before on a previous day and liked you enough to want to talk to you again :)
