Is it possible to be blacklisted, as in they all ignore you as well as their sororities.

Individual orgs yes. They can't control what other orgs do tho

Yes it does happen. It's a small world and people talk. If it has happened to you distance yourself as much as possible from that particular house and it's affiliate frats and sororities. It sucks, but you should be okay
