eh if you're judging off hotness there are really hot and really not girls in all the middle tier houses like lets be honest. yeah Theta's new and the weird ones stand out like a sore thumb but they've got a good amount of cool, attractive girls that it wouldn't be fair to call them bottom tier. since they're so new they've got a bit more flexibility in the ranks. the fall 17s will really start solidifying their place
