fraternity dues

What are the dues looking like for Sig Ep, SAE and Phi Psi? do the new member fees differ from the active fees? are there jobs, scholarships, payment plans etc.? if someone could give me a rundown on how paying for everything works that would be dope.

Sig Ep is $700
SAE is $850
Phi Psi is $750
And these are all per semester and don't include the cost of formals.
