If I were to rush and not self drop what are the chances I get a bid

Figure out what house is a mutual fit. You'll get a bid and be fine. Be open to allowing the process to work. Don't set your sights on only one house. Relax :)

If you were to rush and not self drop you would most likely get a bid. It may be from a house you didn't feel you "fit" with so you'll have to decide on bid day whether to accept or decline bid.
Try to relax during the process ( easy to say, harder to do) and be yourself.
