So a lot of people have been getting pretty annoyed with how rude A Phi is all the time and honestly AXO is just as pretty as them so I don't understand why A Phi is top
Second, I still don't know why G Phi hasn't moved? In all honesty, no one ever talks about them lol and people kinda forget about them but idk they'll probably just stay there.
Then middle tier can be changed easily. Everyone has been on KD about all the stuff they've been going through and saying theyre dropping so PNM's might be hesitant to join. Theta still has half hot half not girls, but theyre doing well and are having their house completely renovated so that might make more PNM's want to join. If DG's new house turns out to look okay, then maybe theyll stay top middle.

If you were to ask every frat guy on campus who they would pref with if it were totally up to them, almost all of them would say "Alpha Phi." As long as that is the case, they will remain top house.

I wouldn’t say that about GPHI! Still very relevant house with a great amount of girls. AXO APHI and phi Phi are all extremely similar and have the same amount of gorgeous girls! DG’s house is gorgeous, theta is going strong- and KD isn’t going thru anything crazy.

G Phi isn't even close to as attractive as Pi Phi AXO and A Phi. Maybe fall 15 and before they were but they've fallen off massively in the last 2 years. Pretty sad honestly
