dg taking pike house

Soo, is DG gonna make the Pike house look nice? I feel really bad for them because they are so sweet and cute, but that house is just beyond repair. I predict a pretty bad pledge class because of this

Not a DG, but have a lot of respect for them. Not into drama, cool with girls from other houses. They'll be fine. House repairs will be done. Nice girls, will attract nice girls, so no worries about their pledges either.

More concerning where they will live the following year. Sigma Chi is taking their house back in Fall 2018.

President of our Housing Corp said that DG will signed a two year lease. House is being renovated this summer. We will get the house back after the DG lease ends.
