thoughts on tke

I'm an incoming freshman and just attended a TKE party in Del Mar. TKE is coming in the Fall and there were a good 60 plus actives - all seemed legit. The thing is they won't have a house until 2019 so they would be houseless initially. But based on talent of girls at the partyI definitely want in! Anyone else heard anything about TKE?

They aren't even coming back this year tho. They were supposedly coming back two years ago and that never happened.

TKE will be back in Fall BUT they won't have a house until 2018.... having said this they already have a 75 man initiate class so should be back on top when they get their house. Tons of influential alumni and national support to the tune of 7 figures.

Their house as in literal house will be released to them in 2018. Coming back without a house in September

If you're rushing one house just because you've heard good things elsewhere you're doing it all wrong. It's about finding good brotherhood. Each fraternity chapter varies at each school.

So I guess it is official but it won't be until Fall 2018. But they do have over 80 actives already just not recognized. Their old house which they still own is next to SAE's so I guess they will move back there.

1. It was official last year, the year before last year and the year before that year.
2. AEPi owns that house now.
3. TKE is not coming back.

TKE is NOT coming back. There was NO formal announcement and/ or paperwork ever sent from their IHQ to the Greek life office and their IHQ has received NO interest from currrent students. They believe The guy who keeps starting this rumor is a TKE alumnus.
