Do all sororities do continuos open bidding or are there regulations/limits to which ones can and can't?

It all depends on if there's spaces available in each house and who still needs to reach the quota. It could change every year just depending on how the numbers work.

It changes every year as the person above mentioned, but the three that never participate in COB are APhi, AXO, and GPhi. DG and KD go back and forth every year depending on numbers, and AGD and DZ normally do. If you're talking fall, then all of the COBs are invite only. COB chairs will reach out to girls who are on a list provided by Panhellenic. Recruitment during spring is also still considered COB, so you could always join a chapter participating in spring as well!
