They're the hottest. Thats how rankings work here, its not based on involvement, winning greek week, or any other stuff that matters at other schools. Girls rankings are based on how hot the girls in the house are and guys rankings are based on how good looking guys are, how good your parties are, and somewhat how good you are at sports (but mostly looks and parties).

If you were to ask every frat guy on campus who they would pref with if it was entirely up to them, almost all of them would say "Alpha Phi." As long as that is the case, they will remain top house.
