It's been stated for awhile that aphi is dropping and axo is rising. a lot of people are just getting sick of how stuck up and rude aphi is. i'm mid tier and axo has always been 100x nicer to us
aphi has better looking girls obviously but the whole stuck up/entitled act is getting old

Given the choice of any house to pref with. You would choose APhi and you know it. As long as that is the case, they will remain top house.

Let's stick with the facts - Aphi got a bad pledge class and a rep for being stuck up and mean. AXO got a good looking pledge class and people seem to like them better.
